Every piece leaves our ateliers having passed through the hands that made it. If what arrives is not right - not right for you, or not right in itself - we would rather hear from you than not.
Fourteen days
You have 14 days from the day your order reaches you to request a return.
The condition we need it in
Unworn and unused, with its tags, in its original packaging, and with your receipt or proof of purchase. Leather keeps a record of everything that happens to it, so please handle a piece you are still deciding about as though it may be going back.
How to begin
Open your order at account.oberndoerferco.com and submit the request there, or write to us at info@oberndoerferco.com. Once a return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please do not post anything back before requesting a return. Parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be accepted.
If something arrived damaged
Inspect your order when it reaches you, and write to us straight away if a piece is defective, damaged, or simply not the one you ordered. We will look at it and put it right.
What we cannot take back
Commissions and personalised pieces, made for one person and no one else. Sale items and gift cards. Perishable and personal-care goods, and anything hazardous or flammable. If you are unsure whether your piece falls under this, please ask before you order.
Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the piece you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once you have told us a return is coming, you have 14 days to send it. We will write to you when it has arrived and been inspected, and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and nothing has appeared, write to us at info@oberndoerferco.com.
Within the European Union
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving one. The same condition applies: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
