When it arrives
Every piece on the website is delivered within 7–14 days of your order. Tracking details follow the moment your order ships.
Pieces made to order
Our larger commissions - trunks, sofas and furniture - are built by hand in our ateliers around Milan, one at a time. A trunk takes 2–6 months, depending on its complexity and how far the personalisation goes. Furniture and highly detailed commissions take 4–6 months.
We confirm your piece’s timeline as soon as your order is placed - or in advance, if you would rather ask first. Write to us and we will tell you where the atelier stands.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract customs fees or import taxes. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
